We inform you that the data you voluntarily give via the form will be transformed into an email that will be kept on our mailserver.

  1. NATURE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PROCESSING METHOD

  • The Owner treats your data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction.The personal data processed will be exclusively common data strictly necessary and relevant to the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 and / or for commercial / marketing purposes that the structure deems appropriate to start.

The processing is carried out through IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes referred to in point 2. However, the refusal to provide for the purposes referred to in art. 2 will make it impossible to contact our offices through the contact form made available.

 

  1. PLACE OF TREATMENT

Your data are processed at the operational headquarters of the Data Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located, and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

Your Data may be transferred to a country other than where you are. You have the right to obtain information on the legal basis for the transfer of data outside the European Union, as well as on the security measures taken by the Data Controller to protect the Data.

If one of the transfers described above takes place, you can request information from the Owner.

 

  1. DURATION OF TREATMENT

Your Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected. Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between you and the Data Controller will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed..

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is met.

When the processing is based on your consent, the Data Controller may retain your Personal Data for a longer time until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep your Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by an order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period your Personal Data will be deleted.

 

  1. LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT

The Holder deals with your Personal Data in the event one of the following conditions exists:

  • you have given consent for one or more specific purposes;
  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with you and / or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the exercise of public authority vested in the Holder;
  • the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner or third parties.

However, you can always ask the Owner to clarify the concrete legal basis of each treatment and in particular to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, provided by a contract or necessary to conclude one.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Rules, you have the right at any time to:

  • withdraw consent to the processing of data;

  • oppose the processing of your data when it occurs on a legal basis other than consentaccess your data;

  • access your data;
  • verify the correctness of your data and request the update or correction;
  • obtain the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulations. In this case the Data Controller will not process your Data for any other purpose other than their conservation;
  • obtain the cancellation or removal of your Personal Data;

  • receive your data or have it transferred to another holder. You have the right to receive your data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device and, where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer without hindrance to another holder. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed with automated tools and the processing is based on your consent, on a contract of which you are a part or on contractual measures connected to you;

  • to propose a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulations, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the law in force.
