Peculiarities of GcLAv is the "Employee Summary Dashboard" an instrument that allows the insertion of important data of the census of the subject, (such as number of matriculation, classification, level, date of employment, curricula etc.) , against which data are highlighted all the information related to the dispute, that is, recurring, resistant, the dates of the hearings, the possible CTU; in addition to a series of pages dedicated to the continuation of the process, so as to allow a review of the progress of the case (and the relative statistics).
Moreover, in order to achieve a totally paperless vision, it is possible to create and attach documents in digital format to be kept together with the same; all in one product.
But there is more, in order to avoid recourse to legal action GcLav allows the use of out-of-court
settlement systems.
Finally, to facilitate the office and make it easier to manage calculations and data retention, at the end of the dispute, GcLav is responsible for transmitting accounting records (such as payments, penalties, interests) and sending them directly to the accounts.
