AnG - General Register
The product of Micra that reviews the architecture of the General Register under new points of view, directing the vision to marketing and forming a basis for all banking services with a new multichannel communication protocol.
WHAT OFFERS AnG:
- All the opportunities for contact between the Institute and the subject, classifying them by type, reason and outcome
- MANAGE dynamically the additional information required to integrate the position census. Each bank has the right to decide which and how many such information is based on its operations, obtaining an economic and time saving to adapt the software for such simple needs.
- Storage of all information of the personal data subject with the possibility to define:
- Additional information with respect to the defaults;
- Storing informationi;
- Specific module for prospect;
- Potential Customer Identification Management;
- Creation of specialized mailing lists for events;
WHAT PERMITS AnG:
- COLLECTS the documents presented during the census of personal data, also at the request of other subsystems
- Access, navigation and reporting in a natural and interactive way.
- HIGHLIGHT a list of all past and present reports maintained by the subject with the financial institution, allowing a global view of the position
- ALLOWS targeted choices of marketing strategies for marketing purposes, thanks to the centralization of business information
- REGISTER all the opportunities for contact between the Institute and the subject, classifying them by type, reason and outcome
