RULEBOOK - Compound interest and Usury
Rule Book is the solution specifically studied and created for the management and verification of compound interest; it is aimed, in particular, at the ordinary Credit Department, the anomalous Credit Department and the Management litigation.
Rulebook, through a total computerization of the service and the calculation of the anatocism, allows the management of different simulations starting from the initial statement (with the possibility of massive and / or timely change) as well as the management of the calculation for debit rates, creditors, unit expenses etc.
Peculiarities of Rule Book is the immediate evidence of the [any] certain illegitimate interests.
Rule Book also deals with the comparison between the different simulations carried out for the same position.
For the recalculation of interests is used the "Hamburg Procedure" which provides for the recording of transactions in chronological order by value date, calculation of "days" of currency, calculation of "numbers" (result of multiplication of balances for days recorded separately for active and passive balances), and finally the calculation of interest.
Rule Book today is a leading solution in the main credit institutions.
