GFM - Mortgage splitting

GFM is Micra's solution to the management needs of the splitting practices of a building loan, from the preliminary investigation phase to the resolution with support for all the documentation.

The solution was designed and built to manage all the activities related to a split in a single repository, that is, the acquisition of loans and shares to be divided, checks and balances of buildings and amounts, and management of the so-called "summary board".
The product deals with calculate the division of goods at the same time (properties) and mortgages.
Faced with data entry by the operator, the software takes care of calculating the percentages of payment splitting for each data.

- Loading of real estate: By entering data relating to the property (cadastral data, sheets, particles, subalterns, surfaces, etc.)
- Loading the loan to split: By entering data such as Bank, type of mortgage, associated real estate unit, client, notary, expert, etc. ..)

At the end of the insertion of the following data, GFM takes care of generate the splitting and produce, at the same time, the forms associated with it , in particular, produces documents for customers, bank and agency of the territory, in addition to flows and paths intended for other entities.
GFM is the Micra's solution atproblem of the splitting count and it is aimed at the Banks, the Credit Department and the operational offices of Frazionamento, as an automatism aimed at minimizing counting errors.
